A manufacturing device of a cable bolt is provided to form a diameter, length and width of a bulb correctly formed on the cable bolt, and to offer produce the cable bolt having excellent productivity with simple structure. A manufacturing device(100) of a cable bolt includes the followings: a base(110) moving a jig to a vertical direction; a pressure jig part(120) clamping a steel wire(200), and combined on the base movably; an opposing jig part(180) clamping the steel wire, and fixed on the base; a plurality of moving jig parts(160) clamping the steel wire; a pressing unit(150) moving a jig; and a driving unit compressing the pressure jig part.
