A functional shoe applying the arch of foot supporter is provided, which makes the height control possible regardless of the size of arch of foot. A functional shoe equipped with an arch of foot supporter comprises: a cylinder housing(210) which is fixedly inserted in the accommodating groove formed in the shoes brush and in which a screw is formed; a slider(220) in which the head is formed into one body in the upper portion and which is inserted in the cylinder housing and screwed up; and a contact member(230) which is separably coupled with a head of a slider, protrudes to the inner part of the shoe and comes into contact with the arch of foot.
