Hydatidectomy is combined with preparation of residual cavity with a defocused carbon dioxide laser of radiation power 15-20 W and exposition 380-540 seconds. Then surface of residual cavity is covered with 0.5% penetrant gel Photoditasine at 1 ml gel per 4-5 cm2 of irradiated surface. The cavity is drained, and 4 hours later, walls of the residual cavity are exposed to laser irradiation of power 1 W, wave length 661 nm, power density 40 J/cm2 in continuous mode, exposition 360-460 seconds. ^ EFFECT: method allows ensuring microbial sterilisation and provides antiparasitic action of carbon dioxide as combined with photodynamic therapy of penetrant gel Photoditasine. ^ 2 cl, 2 ex |
