<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deposit of organic low molecular material from being generated on the surface of thermosensitive recording material. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the thermosensitive recording material equipped with a thermosensitive recording layer on a support includes the process of forming a coating film on the support by coating a coating liquid including dye precursor, developer, bonding medium and at least one of organic low molecular substance, the process of drying the coating film under the temperature condition that the surface temperature of the coating film is higher than the lowest melt starting temperature among those of the organic low molecular substances and the process of executing the cooling process at the temperature falling rate of ≥20°C/s after the drying of the coating film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
