<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage dispenser which can reliably prevent solidification of powder material and can improve safety. <P>SOLUTION: An electric heater 8 and a heater plate 8a are covered with a canister tray 3a which is made of a member exhibiting a thermal conductivity lower than metals and are arranged below an injection hole 3c of the canister 3. In consequence, the electric heater 8 and the heater plate 8a are not exposed on the outside and the heat of the electric heater 8 is not transferred to members easy to touch from the outside.
