<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect keywords in various search guidance pictures presented by television broadcast and to freely access web sites. <P>SOLUTION: A change amount extraction section 204 calculates a change amount, for the unit of a pixel, with respect to an input image preceding to a latest input image by a predetermined time. If processing is performed by a document recognizing section 205 and a keyword specifying section 206 for a pixel of which the change amount becomes equal to or less than a threshold, and a keyword to be displayed on a commercial search guidance picture is specified, an Internet search section 207 carries out a search using the specified keyword. A search result storage section 208 correspondingly stores therein a URL of a first web site hit in the search and the keyword.
