DEVICE, SYSTEM, METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTING ANIMATION DATA AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for distributing animation data or the like capable of quickly adjusting the data rate of the animation data after the band of a communication network is varied without preparing a mechanism for feedback to an information processor (the reception side).

SOLUTION: A nearby band is computed on the basis of a time required until the animation data are transmitted in a burst at each constant area and transmission is completed. The result of the computation is reflected to the adjustment of the data rate of the animation data in a constant area which are transmitted next.
