<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter circuit comprising transistors of the same conductivity type. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter circuit includes a NOT logic constitution portion and an output circuit portion and the output circuit portion includes two transistors of the same conductivity type. Representing the two transistors constituting the output circuit portion as a first output transistor and a second output transistor, one source/drain region of the first output transistor and one source/drain region of the second output transistor are connected to each other, and a gate electrode of the second output transistor is connected to an output side of the NOT logic constitution portion; and a first voltage is applied to the other source/drain region of the first output transistor, a second voltage is applied to the other source/drain region of the second output transistor, and an input signal is applied to a gate electrode of the first output transistor and an input side of the NOT logic constitution portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
