<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desired low saturation printed article having no hue slippage. <P>SOLUTION: A heat-transfer sheet has color material layers D<SB>1</SB>, D<SB>2</SB>and D<SB>3</SB>. The value C of equation (1) of a transferred image by respective color material layers, Cn=((an)^2+(bn)^2)^0.5, is respectively less than 12. The colorimetry values P (a<SP>*</SP>and b<SP>*</SP>) of the transferred image by respective color material layers which are obtained by equation (2), (a<SP>*</SP>)=(ay-ax)/(Ly-Lx)<SP>*</SP>(38-Lx)+ax, and equation (3), (b<SP>*</SP>)=(by-bx)/(Ly-Lx)<SP>*</SP>(38-Lx)+bx are different from the colorimetry value of the transferred image by another color material layer. Cn represents a saturation, a<SP>*</SP>and b<SP>*</SP>represent a colorimetry value being equivalent to L<SP>*</SP>=38, and they are defined by the equations (2) and (3). Lx, ax, bx, Ly, ay and by indicate the colorimetry values of steps Sx and Sy around L<SP>*</SP>=38 when a stair step-like transferred image is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
