<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain personal information of a customer to the newest, and identifying a customer from the other customer number held by the customer. <P>SOLUTION: The personal information management system includes: a personal information bank for managing personal information; a customer side client and a service provider side client for entering, retrieving and referencing the personal information; and a communication network mutually connecting the personal information bank, the customer side client and the service provider side client.
