<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently retrieve and provide comment information that is required by a user when browsing document data, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The document management system includes: a registering part for associating information of a partial region constituting document data with comment information attached to describe contents of the information of the partial region to register them in a storing part about each of multiple document data; a retrieving part for retrieving from the storing part information of a partial region corresponding to information of a partial region designated from document data that is currently browsed by the user; and a retrieval result displaying part for displaying comment information attached to the retrieved information of the partial region on a display part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
