PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve more effective presentation unexpected to a game player. The game board 1b has a rail 11, a starting prize hole 12 enabling winning of a game ball for lottery, a center generator image display area 16 displaying a symbol according to the result of lottery, a prize hole 13 and a plurality of nails 15 arranged toward the prize hole 13 as a board surface structure. The display control arrangement 40 displays a predetermined character near the plurality of nails 15 by the display arrangement 10 when the result of lottery is winning, moves the predetermined character C toward the prize hole 13 along the array of the plurality of nails 15, and displays video that displays the predetermined character C above the prize hole 13 with presentation.
