<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce carbon dioxide by efficiently utilizing a road itself although carbon dioxide is reduced by absorbing it with roadside trees and regulating the exhaust gases from automobiles and autobicycles on a conventional road. <P>SOLUTION: Carbon dioxide may be reduced by placing a bead-like carbon dioxide reducing device under an asphalt pavement when blocks are built by the road and the pavement is constructed on the road. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
