<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power generation controller for vehicle which prevents occurrence of communication delay, and transmits a variety of signals with high quality without complicating a communication schedule. <P>SOLUTION: An electric power generation controller for vehicle includes: a communication control circuit 209 which receives a communication frame by serial communication with an ECU 5, a power generation voltage-exciting current control circuit 206 controlling power generation of a generator 1 for vehicle based on power generation control information included in a received communication frame, and a communication frame processing circuit 204 for decoding the content of the power generation control information (signal switching data) included in the same communication frame corresponding to a switch bit included in the communication frame. Two or more kinds of content to be switched by the signal switch bit are associated with the power generation control information included in the communication frame, and the power generation voltage-exciting current control circuit 206 performs power generation control based on power generation control information having a content predetermined by the signal switch bit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
