PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate such a correction vector as to reduce blurring in a main region correspondingly, even when there is lack of exposure. SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: flash photographic means (100, 101, 111) which make a flash unit emit light in accordance with an exposure amount when photographing any one of a plurality of images; a region-setting means (103) for setting a plurality of motion vector measuring regions for measuring motion vectors; a motion vector reliability calculating means (105) for calculating the reliability of each of motion vectors; and a main region detecting means (113) for detecting a main region from the image photographed by the flash photographic means. A motion vector merge processing means (106) includes a contribution degree calculating means for calculating the contribution degree of each of motion vectors from a positional relation between each of motion vector measuring regions and the main region, and integrates motion vectors in the plurality of motion vector measuring regions in accordance with the reliability and contribution degrees.
