PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-repellent treatment composition for aerosol and an aerosol type water-repellent treatment agent having a large contact angle and a small dropping angle of a water droplet and perfectly preventing adhesion of the water droplet to surfaces of a mirror, a glass plate and the like and reliably uniformly imparting water repellency. SOLUTION: The water-repellent treatment composition for aerosol contains fine particles having≤10 nm average particle diameter, a reactive silicone and a solvent, and further including an acid and further a coupling agent. The fine particle content and the reactive silicone content are 0.01 to 20 pts.mass and 0.001 to 20 pts.mass, respectively, to 100 pts.mass sum total of the water-repellent treatment composition for aerosol. The aerosol type water-repellent treatment agent includes the water-repellent treatment composition for aerosol and an aerosol vessel as constituents. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
