PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold foamed body having a beautiful surface and sufficient melt sticking force preventing breakage of the foamed body by an in-mold foam-molding method having a complicated feature. SOLUTION: The polyolefin pre-foamed particles are characterized in that an in-mold foam-molding device equipped with a fixed mold and a moving mold is used; a molding space composed of the fixed mold and the moving mold is charged with polyolefin resin pre-expanded particles to which 0.12 MPa inner pressure is imparted; the particles are subjected to a heating process including a preheating step, a one-sided heating, a reversal one-sided heating, and a double-sided heating; and the pressure (A) applied onto the inner face of the mold at a time of finishing the reversal one-sided heating is measured. The molding space not charged with the polyolefin pre-foamed particles is subjected to the heating step same as above, including a pre-heating step, a one-sided heating, a reversal one-sided heating and a double side heating at the same conditions of time and heating temperature; and the pressure (B) working on the inner face of the mold at a time of finishing the reversal one-sided heating is measured.
