PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a rubber composition capable of enhancing heat conductivity without impairing low loss property and breaking characteristic, a rubber composition obtained by it, and a tire using it. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the rubber composition containing (A) a diene based rubber, (B) a diene based rubber being same as the diene based rubber (A) or different from it, (C) a reinforcement filler, and (D) a crosslinking agent, a graphitized carbon fiber (C1), i.e., a part of the reinforcement filler (C) is added to the diene based rubber (A) to obtain a masterbatch, the diene based rubber (B), carbon black (C2), i.e., a remained part of the reinforcement filler (C), and the crosslinking agent (D) are kneaded in the obtained masterbatch.
