PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation lever for a vehicular seat capable of successively lock-releasing a plurality of lock mechanisms according to a gradual operation amount of the operation lever and appropriately changing the order for releasing lock. SOLUTION: The operation lever device for the vehicular seat has a cylindrical grooved cam 3 for receiving operation force of the operation lever 2 and turned; a plurality of followers 4 performing reciprocation linear motion by the cylindrical grooved cam 3 and tracting a cable 17; transmission mechanisms 11, 14 for transmitting the operation force of the operation lever 2 to the cylindrical grooved cam 3; and an adjustment handle 5 for switching/operating an initial motion position of the cylindrical grooved cam 3 to an optional position. The respective followers 4 are fitted to the cylindrical grooved cam 3 in parallel with an equal interval, and when the cylindrical grooved cam 2 is normally rotated, the plurality of followers 4a-4c are successively one-reciprocated from a neutral position and is displaced to a lock-release position respectively. In the neutral state, while set positions of the respective followers 4 are retained, the cylindrical grooved cam 3 is rotated by the adjustment handle 5 to switch/change the initial motion position.
