PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To approximate, in any steering angle, the shape of an operation element to a configuration obtained when viewed from a driver at a neutral position. SOLUTION: A spoke 4A can move a movable spoke 7 relative to a fixed spoke 6 by a motor and extensible. The rotating directions and the rotating angles of the motors of three spokes 4A, 4B, 4C are controlled according to the steering angle when a rim 5 is rotated. Consequently, the shape of the rim 5 is so deformed as to be approximate to the configuration at the neutral position at any steering angle by extending/retracting the spokes 4A, 4B, 4C.
