PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel temperature rise preventive device which does not use a shade member and require the operation of a user. SOLUTION: The steering wheel temperature rise preventive device comprises a parking determining mean determining whether a vehicle is parked or not, a solar radiation detecting means detecting the solar radiation of sunlight incident to the inside of a room of the vehicle, a rotating means rotating a steering wheel, and a steering wheel rotation controlling means rotation-controlling the steering wheel of the vehicle by the rotating means only by predetermined rotation amount, on the basis of the solar radiation of the sunlight, when it is determined that the vehicle is parked.
