PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like rubber floor material having low smoking and excellent water resistance and workability. SOLUTION: The sheet-like rubber floor material (1) is formed by arranging an adhesive layer (3) on one side surface of a sheet-like base material (2). The sheet-like base material (2) is formed of a rubber composition containing an aluminum hydroxide, an antimony trioxide, chlorinated paraffin and styrene-butadiene rubber. The adhesive layer (3) is formed of a nonvulcanized butyl rubber composition containing a flame retarder, polybutene and butyl rubber and a releasing agent (4) is arranged on the adhesive layer (3) in a contact side at which the adhesive layer (3) contacts with the floor.
