PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating unit which heats in an accurate input from a time of starting of heating even if there are variations in a resonation means property according to each of products. SOLUTION: When a power conduction to an induction coil 6 is started, switching elements 4A, 4B are switched on in a frequency in which an input reaches a predetermined value. At this time, based on the input value read from an input power detecting means 14, a relation between frequencies of the switching elements 4A, 4B memorized in a memory unit 16 and the input is rectified to a relation particular to the product itself. After this, the relation between the rectified frequency and the input becomes a data which meets an impedance of a resonation circuit 8 of the product, and even if there are variations in a resonation circuit 8 property according to each of the products, a heating in an accurate input is conducted from a beginning of heating.
