PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method for implementing efficient image processing without adding special functional circuits. SOLUTION: When an SIMD microprocessor 2 is used in distortion correction, depending on an offset value of a pixel to be corrected, it is determined whether the pixel is corrected by PE-instruction or GP-instruction.
