PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to input information which is not consistent to dependency between component software only by inputting information in the order arranged on display data, and to enable the user side to customize data without altering a program code. SOLUTION: An inter-component dependence interpreting part 103 interprets dependency between a plurality of component software based on dependency description data describing dependency between a plurality of component software capable of inputting information as software integrated into components. A Wizard generation part 105 arranges the plurality of component software on at least one display data to be displayed by a display device in the order of arrangement corresponding to the interpretation result.
