PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which a temperature of a panel is maintained as low while suppressing the unevenness of the temperature by comparatively easy structure. SOLUTION: The display device is characterized by providing: a chassis plate 6; a display device 2 attached to one surface of the chassis plate 6; a plurality of circuit boards 14a-14e attached to the other surface of the chassis plate 6; and a back cover 7 provided on the other surface of the chassis plate 6 so as to cover the chassis plate 6 and the plurality of circuit boards 14a-14e, and having a relation that a first virtual surface including boards of the circuit boards 14a-14e and a second virtual surface including the chassis plate 6 cross each other.
