PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing implement with packing which has a thinned body as a whole and preventing a wearer from having discomfort such as having an inferior touch to the skin or a rugged texture with respect to a thin fabric in particular. SOLUTION: This fixing implement with packing is formed of a substantially circular flange part and a cylindrical locking shaft part projectingly provided from a substantially central part of the flange part, and has a packing member between the flange part in the fixing implement and the fabric, wherein the packing member is defined as a substantially circular nonwoven fabric with a diameter larger than the diameter of the flange part, impregnated with hot-melt adhesive at one end face, and has a through-hole at the substantially central part, the end face having the hotmelt adhesive in the packing member is placed on the flange part, and the end face is melt and fixed to the flange part by heat press.
