The breaker (10) has breaker rollers (14, 16), where an oscillating unit is provided for oscillating the breaker roller (16) against the roller (14). The rollers are rotatable in opposite directions, and the roller (14) is stationary. The roller rotates to transport goods to be broken into a roll gap (18) between the breaker rollers. The roll gap is greater than a roll gap between another oscillating breaker roller and the stationary breaker roller, where diameter of the roller (16) is smaller than that of the stationary roller. An independent claim is also included for a roller breaker comprising roller breakers.
