The device has a repelling plate (1) attached to a surface to be protected by stands (2). The plate and the stands are made from a material sheet, and form a unit. The stands are formed from the cuts or cutouts, where length of the stands is equal to or greater than a width of the sheet. The stands possess multi-functional openings (6), and mounting openings (4) are provided in the defense plate. Shape and dimensions of areas between the stands is same as shape and dimensions of the stands.
