A liquid crystal device, a projection device and an electronic apparatus are provided to configure a case member by a plate shaped part and a partition wall to increase a surface area size of the case member, thereby efficiently discharging heat of overheated liquid panel. A plate shaped part has a laminated structure having a gap in a thickness direction. An opening(47) is formed on a location corresponding to each gap of one side of a liquid crystal panel and the other side facing the side. A partition wall is formed in the gap of the plate shaped parts. A pillar(38) is connected to one of the first cooling plate(35) and the second cooling plate(36).
