FIELD: ammunition. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ammunition to be fired from ship-based grenade-launcher systems. Proposed method comprises mechanical processing of hollow cylinder and bottom, fitting seal ring on the bottom outer surface at the point the bottom joint the cylinder via, for example magnetic-pulse squeezing. Note that prior to seal ring fitting, the cylinder and bottom surfaces in contact are mechanically hardened to form cold-work with the strain degree of 5 to 10 %. Antifreeze lubricant is applied onto bottom surface in contact with the cylinder.
