FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes production of billet from carbonic tape, width of which is equal to lock length, bending of ""-shpaed bracket and lock forming. Billet production is realised in punch of combined action by cutting of plate with specified length from tape and further bending of produced plate into ""-shaped bracket in the same punch. Bending of ""-shaped bracket is done at short range with bending of middle shelf at the angle of 155-165 and bending of side shelves opposite to each other by 1-1.5 each. Lock forming is done in other punch by bending of side shelves opposite to each other till contact with overhead cover in final position of 1.5-2.0 mm. Side shelf that is lower in relation to the other side shelf, creates angle of 18-20 with middle shelf, and other side shelf creates angle of 24-26 with middle shelf to make a closed circuit, width of which is equal to width of slinging tape, and height is equal to double thickness of slinging tape. ^ EFFECT: production of locks that provide for their high strength fastening with slinging steel tape, lower labour intensiveness of locks making with lower metal consumption. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl |
