<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for an microwave oven which is capable of cooking various kinds of noodles in a microwave oven, causes moisture to spread over the entire noodle and easily drain hot water from the noodle, and its using method. <P>SOLUTION: The container 1 for a microwave oven includes a container body 2, a lid 4 removably attached to the container body 2 and an Otoshi-buta (a small lid directly put on food in a pan) 3 put into the container body to press noodles in it. The Otoshi-buta is provided with a plurality of holes 6 and legs 5 at its bottom surface, and can be used as a hot water draining sieve and a base for putting the noodles. The lid is used as a container, the Otoshi-buta is placed on the lid, and the container body covers the lid.
