<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical burst receiver which is composed of elements in an LSI, eliminates the need for a man-hour through automatic adjustment to reduce the manufacturing cost, and controls a duty with a wide temperature range and a wide dynamic range. <P>SOLUTION: The optical burst receiver comprises: a TIA 120 which converts a current signal of an optical burst signal into a voltage signal and outputs it as a differential signal; peak detecting and adding circuits 141, 144 and 142 which detect a peaking preamble signal for the differential signal, sets peaking to in-phase and opposite-phase state, and adjust an offset signal; an ATCBUFFER 143 which controls the duty for an output signal with a threshold voltage; a duty detecting circuit 173 which detects a duty ratio from the burst signal; a threshold voltage adjusting circuit 180 which adjusts the duty with a new threshold voltage corresponding to the level of a voltage signal of the duty ratio; and a reset control circuit 190 which enables a duty detecting circuit to detect the burst signal of the duty detecting circuit with a reset signal determining arrival of the burst signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
