<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user's operability in a controller to remotely monitor/control a plurality of controlled devices. <P>SOLUTION: The controller, which displays a plurality of GUIs on a screen and controls the plurality of corresponding controlled devices via the respective GUIs, has: a means (210) for selecting a GUI to be generated in response to each event transmitted from the controlled device and calculating processing cost of the selected GUI; a means (206) for deciding allocation of a display area of each GUI on the screen and distribution of throughput, based on priority among the controlled devices; a means (211) for extracting each GUI, among the selected GUIs, which has a size fittable within the allocated display area and requires processing cost within the distributed throughput; and a means (212) for displaying each extracted GUI in a corresponding display area on the screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
