PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular interior material fitting structure capable of forming a continuous surface of interior materials with excellent appearance having no step in a joint of members even without performing any adjustment work by a worker when being fitted to a vehicle body. SOLUTION: A reinforcing rib 1b on a back side of an extruded member (1) is formed in a tapping hole shape in which a part of a sectional shape allows a screw or a bolt or the like to be passed through, and substantially along a shape in the width direction of the back side of the extruded member. A forcing plate 2 having holes (2a, 2a, 2a, 2a) at the positions corresponding to each tapping hole shape in the reference sectional shape when designing the extruded member is attached in advance to both ends in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing rib 1b of the extruded member. After correcting the sectional shape of each extruded member, each extruded member is fitted to base stands (10, 11) provided on the vehicle body side to constitute an inner surface of a cabin in which a unique surface appearance is continuous at the predetermined position of the vehicle body.
