PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new porous metal complex that exhibits satisfactory gas-adsorbing performances. SOLUTION: The porous metal complex comprises a metal complex constituted by a coordination bond between a manganese atom or a zinc atom and a ligand represented by general formula (1) and has a microporous structure formed by accumulation of a plurality of the metal complexes.
