PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing device for performing measurement using a very small amount of a sample liquid and having a stirring mechanism for being easily made small in size. SOLUTION: Since a measuring cell (40a) is formed so as to be extended in a centrifugal force acting direction, the analyzing device is miniaturized. Further, since a capillary tube area (47a) is formed to the sidewall positioned in the rotary direction of the measuring cell (40a) so as to be extended in the inner peripheral direction from the outer peripheral direction, a sufficient stirring effect is obtained by accelerating rotation to return the sample liquid of the capillary tube area (47a) to the measuring cell (40a) after the sample liquid of the measuring cell (40a) is sucked to the capillary tube area (47a) by reducing or stopping rotation and measurement can be performed using a very small amount of the sample liquid.
