PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving operation assistant device for a vehicle performing driving operation assistance taking into consideration with indefiniteness of traveling environment and capable of performing suitable assistance in various traveling situations. SOLUTION: In the driving operation assistant device, avoidance driving information for avoiding an obstacle by one's own vehicle is calculated by a traveling route calculation means 102b based on a route operation condition according to respective detection results of a vehicle state detection means 100 and an obstacle detection means 101, a limit value of the route operation condition that traveling according to the calculated avoidance driving information can be performed is obtained by a limit condition obtaining means 102a, and a presumption value of the route operation condition is obtained by a presumption value obtaining means. Further, based on the comparison result of the obtained presumption value and the limit value, an assistant control means 105 controls assistance of the driving operation by a driving operation assistant means 104.
