PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold-drawing apparatus for a metal pipe which securely holds a drawing jig without scratching it with a gripper device and carries out drawing work without causing breakage even when it is repeatedly used. SOLUTION: In the cold-drawing apparatus, a stem 21 is protruded in a drawing direction while engaging with the inner circumference of the pointed part 2 of a mother tube 1 and the stem 21 is held and pulled by the gripper device 30. The gripper members 33a, 33b of the gripper device 30 are slidably arranged along tapered guide surfaces 32a, 32b which are expanded outward in the drawing direction relative to an axis. The holding surface 34a, 34b of the respective gripper members 33a, 33b are made to be a tilted surface to the outside in the drawing direction, and a tilted holding part 23 corresponding to the tilt of the holding surfaces is provided on the stem 21 of the drawing jig. The tilted holding part 23 of the drawing jig 20 is arranged so as to be held and pulled in line contact or face contact with the holding surfaces 34a, 34b of the gripper members 33a, 33b.
