PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the spread of a fire by stopping oxygen of high concentration supplied from an oxygen supply device by detecting a temperature rise occurring simultaneously with the ignition to a cannula. SOLUTION: The oxygen supply device is equipped with an oxygen supply source and the cannula for supplying oxygen, which is supplied from the oxygen supply source, to a user, wherein a temperature sensor and a control means for cutting off the supply of oxygen from the oxygen supply source on the basis of a temperature detection result are provided to the cannula.
