A turbine blade-cascade end wall which can reduce secondary flow loss incident to cross-flow while reducing the cross-flow, and can improve turbine performance. The turbine blade-cascade end wall is provided with one turbine stator blade (B1) or turbine rotor blade, and a protrusion (11) protruding gently as a whole while having a vertex (P1) at the position of 5-25 %Cax and 0-20% pitch between this turbine stator blade (B1) or turbine rotor blade and other adjoining turbine stator blade (B1) or turbine rotor blade, and inclining gently from the vertex (P1) toward the downstream side and the back of the adjoining turbine stator blade (B1) or turbine rotor blade but inclining somewhat steeply from the vertex (P1) toward the upstream side.
