FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing of ceramic wall materials and can be applied in manufacturing of exterior ceramic brick and light-shade stones on the basis of mainly fireproof clay, loaded with chromates and vanadates. Method of manufacturing exterior light shade ceramic products includes preparation of clayey component, introducition of calcium-containing component in amount 10-40% of component, which contains CaCO3 in fine-dispersed state, content of CaCO3 in mixture being brought to 3-10%, their joint processing, formation, drying and burning. As clayey component mixture of fireproof clay is used, which is loaded with vanadates, chromates, and plastic loam, and as component, which contains CaCO3 in fine-dispersive condition low-plastic loams and (or) chalk is used. ^ EFFECT: extention of raw material base for manufacturing exterior light-shade ceramic products. ^ 8 ex, 1 tbl |
