PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing roll for electrophotographic equipment, capable of exhibiting excellent toner filming resistance over a long period of time, and capable of stably maintaining a high toner conveying amount over the long period of time. SOLUTION: A shaft body 12 is layered, in its outer circumference, with a rubber elastic layer 14, an intermediate layer 16 and a surface layer 18 sequentially in this order, a large number of protrusions is formed in an outer circumferential face of the rubber elastic layer 14, irregular shapes are formed on a roll surface, resulting from the protrusions, the intermediate layer 16 is formed of a material containing a thermoplastic urethane and a thermosetting urethane, and the surface layer 18 is formed of a material containing a silicone-modified urethane having -10°C or more of glass transition temperature Tg.
