<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent misalignment of an optical sheet with respect to a light guide plate in a lighting device regardless of presence of a frame for housing the lighting device. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device includes the light guide plate, and the optical sheet arranged by being stacked on it. The lighting device is also provided with a movement restriction means restricting the movement of the optical sheet in a direction (plane direction) orthogonal to the thickness direction of the optical sheet with respect to the light guide plate. The movement restriction means is composed of an engagement part of the light guide plate, and an engagement part of the optical sheet fitted with it. The engagement part of the light guide plate has a projecting shape or a wall shape, and the engagement part of the optical sheet has a recessed shaped fitting with the projecting shape. In this case, the engagement part of the light guide plate of the projecting shape and the engagement part of the optical sheet fit with each other, and the engagement part of the light guide plate of the wall shape abuts on an outline side of the optical sheet. Thereby, movement of the optical sheet in the plane direction with respect to the light guide plate can be restricted, and the displacement of the optical sheet with respect to the light guide plate can be prevented regardless of presence of a frame for housing the lighting device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
