<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a vehicle capable of certainly transmitting an impact load which a vehicle body receives to the opposite side in side surface collision and dispersing it regardless of a position of each of the seats. <P>SOLUTION: The seat 2 for the vehicle is constituted so that the seats 21, 22 provided in parallel in the left and right directions of the vehicle are free to move in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The seats 21, 22 are furnished with a pair of load input output members 31 to input and output an impact load between the load input output member and a vehicle body side part or to input and output the impact load between the adjacent seats 21, 22 in the side surface collision and a load transmitting member 32 to transmit the impact load between a pair of the load input output members 31. The load input and output member 31 of the one seat and the load input output member 31 of the other seat confronting between the adjacent seats 21, 22 are constituted so that at least parts of them are constantly superimposed in the left and right directions of the vehicle within the movable area of the seats 21, 22 and free to make contact with each other in the side surface collision of the vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
