PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier capable of suppressing deterioration of reception quality by triple higher-harmonic mixing when an interference wave in a triple frequency relation with a desired wave is input, and to provide a semiconductor device and a communication apparatus. SOLUTION: In an amplifier 100 comprising an LNA 104 including a transistor for amplifying and outputting an input signal, a parallel resonance circuit 105 is provided on a route electrically connecting a terminal to be grounded of the transistor and an external ground terminal kept at an absolute ground potential, and the resonant frequency of the parallel resonance circuit 105 is set three times as high as the frequency of the input signal.
