PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning liquid which is excellent in replaceable properties with ink and can appropriately eliminating contamination in the ink passage of a droplet discharge device and clogging of a liquid droplet discharge head, and also to provide a liquid droplet discharge device which uses the cleaning liquid. SOLUTION: The cleaning liquid for cleaning an ink droplet discharge device used in the production of a color filter by an inkjet system, wherein the ink contains a pigment dispersed in a dispersion medium, contains a solvent and a dispersant having an acid value dispersant having a prescribed acid value and an amine value dispersant having a prescribed amine value.
