PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a resin sheet with a pattern, capable of performing an efficient and highly precise pattern formation. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the resin sheet with the pattern includes: using a mold member that has a roller rotatable on its axis and has a patterning part, which is patterned with an uneven shape, provided on the circumferential part of the roller; contacting by pressure the circumferential part onto the surface of the resin sheet in the state of the circumferential part being heated by a laser beam; thereby forming, on the surface of the resin sheet, the pattern in which the direction of the uneven shape is inverted from the patterning part; and besides, by rotating the roller and by moving the position which is pressed by the circumferential part, continuously forming the pattern on the surface of the resin sheet.
