PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor whose wobbling rotation and the like are prevented and whose weight is reduced. SOLUTION: An armature core 18 includes: an armature core body portion 20 substantially annularly formed with a first width (L1); multiple tooth portions 21 integrally formed on the outer circumferential surface of the armature core body portion 20 with equal pitches so that they are extended outward in the radial direction and each having a substantially rectangular tooth body portion 21a having a second width (L2) not less than the first width (L1); and multiple protruded portions integrally formed on the inner circumferential surface of the armature core body portion 20 with equal pitches so that they are extended inward in the radial direction and each having a tip portion 22a substantially in a recessed arc shape. The diameter of the arc-shaped tip portion 22a is a first diameter (D1). A shaft includes a core fitting portion in which multiple protruded portions are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft in the axial direction and the diameter of the tip of each of the protruded portions is a second diameter (D2) exceeding the first diameter (D1). The core fitting portion is press fit to and engaged with the tips of the protruded portions and the shaft is thereby fixed inside the protruded portions 22 of the armature core laminated body.
